Rules for reporting security incidents

Reporting

Reporting a security incident consists of six sections and takes approximately 15 minutes. Please send all the required information listed below to: security@besmarthead.com

• Contact information for you and your organisation and country

• Incident details

• Incident basics 

  • any special configuration needed to reproduce the problem

  • detailed instructions for reproducing the problem

• Incident impact, including how the attacker could exploit the problem

• Attack identifiers

• Attack specific questions

How we handle your information

We will analyse the reported incident. Confirmation of the incident should take a maximum of 10 days.
You will receive our statement to your email. 

If the incident is recognised, SmartHead will analyse the cause and determine the best solution to the problem.

Note

Submitting reports that share information is vital to the understanding of the threats and our growth. This subsequently improves our ability to help protect out clients.

Adhere to a period of 90 days before publishing this incident.
