Full ESRS framework implemented in SmartHead allows convenient ESG data management in one place. After the materiality topics are identified, company starts collecting data. Access to system for all team members enables to keep all data in one place, track progress and changes.

6 step process of assessing materiality topics to report about. After the full completion has company alongside identified material topics also documented process of engagement with stakeholders. This documentation will be audited when verifying report by 3rd party.

Guidance
Each disclosure has predefined data structure based on ESRS requirements. Integrated cross-check calculations, GHG calculator, automated calculations save time for the company and prevents human errors. There is included official ESRS/VSME guidance on requirements.
Each disclosure can have attached additional documentation related to calculations and provided data - required for audit purposes.
Besides attached documentation, company can provide any additional comments for auditors but also for internal purposes when getting back to the data after longer time period.

Voluntary ESG reporting for SMEs
For small and medium-sized companies it makes sense to monitor how they are doing with sustainability.
It will enable them to improve their competitiveness as well as prepare for ESG questions from their clients, business and financial partners. ESG for small and medium-sized companies is in line with the proposed standards for voluntary reporting of sustainability information for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) prepared by EFRAG.

Automatically generated from data that the company provides about sustainability activities and ESG. Once, company turns on “Publicly visible” it can be easily sharable online with all stakeholders.
